For my guide, go to: www.TrainWithNiki.com This is a great workout to tone, shape and define your derrier and burn extra calories at the same time. The workout mainly concentrates on working the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and abs while improving your cardiovascular system. It requires no equipment, so it may be done in the convenience of your home. Just make sure to repeat this circuit 3 times, and do it 3 – 4 times a week to get maximize your results. Always stretch after your workout to prevent injury and hold each stretch so that you feel slight tension in the stretched muscle for 10sec.
