This woman is either lying or is extremely uneducated as abdominal exercises will only strengthen your muscles. The only way to make the ab muscles visible is through proper caloric and macronutrient management, and regular exercise.

@shvt or u run up ur stairs for about 5 to 6 minutes
unfortunately losing localized fat is a myth. The only way to lose belly fat is to do cardio; go out and run for 40 minutes, go sit on your bike and do a half hour exercise. Getting your abs strong will not work, as there will still be fat on top of it.
If you want to get in shape, combine both!
