@Smurf177 This is the method which every beginner should work towards building. Your method helps those cannot do a correct sit up, but the method shown is more professional.
you don’t even need to go the whole way up, that’s one way to snap some shit up in your lower back if you force the movement too aggressively – stabilise the core and come up and down slowly in a controlled fashion.
P.S don’t put your hands behind your head, you’ll probably yank on your neck if you’re a beginner. instead, just touch the back of your ears with your fingers. arms across chest is actually more difficult which is why the form shown here isn’t very good.
