    They mean suck your belly button into your spine. It’s just a way to visualize the correct way to keep a strong core and “activating your core” gets you the real results

    @summersweetie26 i was wondering the same because she says do it three times but thats 12 minutes instead of 8. It wouldnt hurt to do it for 12 minutes though so thats what I’m going for!!!
