I’m confused – when you say, “don’t forget, work the left and right side of the arm,” what does that mean? Or do you mean, don’t forget to work both arms?
@06livefast What works for him may not be suitable for you, use his tips to tailor your own workout routine, finding sets/reps that suit your body type/ gain the best results.
