@wantingriches789 Great plan! Start making one to two healthy food choice changes a day or even a week…eventually they will all add and you will be eating better. Regarding your exercise, I can’t make specific suggestions because I do not know your current fitness level…I would say, start by walking everyday and get clearance from your physician after that follow along with our show ๐ Be well. @suukyiyakee Well, I would always suggest getting checked by a doctor…right away, what comes to my mind, is low blood pressure or blood sugar. Are you eating enough or have you had your blood pressure checked? Be well. Alycia

Breaksfast, for 5 years of highschool, because i was living out of town and had to take the bus at 6am, NEVER had breakfast, I MEAN NEVER. Bad. Now i eat 6 times a day. lost over 10Kg.
