    @ariesrisin26 – Hey, actually i say how many i do at the end of the video, and twice a week. But because everyone is so different, it’s important to try 10 reps with each exercise as a way to tell if 10 is too easy, or a bit too hard, or just right. Then go from there with. 🙂 I wish you the best with it!
