Kristy is such a great role-model for me, she’s so beautiful and radiant, I want to grow up to be just like her. I recently started working out and taking Zumba courses, a couple of weeks after my beverly hills tummy tuck, and now I feel great! The more I work out, the healthier I feel and I also feel there’s more hours in the day, like before going to the gym on a regular basis, I would procrastinate a lot more and now I get things done faster and better. Thanks for the video, it inspired me to make the most of my day.

Thank you for this useful tips of growing our children! As a doctor at the Florida Rehab center I have a lot of teenager patients who come there after taking different pills in order to loose weight without knowing what substances they contain. We should teach our children about what means a healthy lifestyle in order to avoid overweight problems.
