Great workout Zuzana! I completed the 4 rounds in 16:14. But I accidentally went over in reps in some of the moves…and then my legs weren’t perfectly straight when I did my toe touches. I’ll keep trying to improve. Great sweat after this workout for sure! Thx.

I didn’t do too bad. I couldn’t wait for the tutorial with beginner modifications to go up so I just went with it, the only exercise I didn’t know a modification for were the leg lifts, and since I don’t have great upper body strength I modified this exercise by doing it from my elbow, which was still challenging but doable.
