Wow this workout does look really effective, i am going to try the series tomorrow morning!! I have been doing the same routine – elliptical, stair master or nordic track ski machine, so this will be a welcome change for sure!! Thanks again for posting these videos!!

this was the best work out ive ever had in my life but i was using my 75 pound chair and 150 pound backpack as weights an di was outside in 98 degree weather

I can’t wait to try this. I’ve been doing some of your other workouts for the past 2 days. I am so sore! LOL. Good kind of sore, of course. Anyway, I am going to try this cardio to remove some extra chub I’ve put on in college, and I’m hoping my Mom will join me. She’s been trying to lose weight for years… No luck. Thanks for being an inspiration to us both. =D
each round takes 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, exercise again for 20 seconds… she does 8 rounds, 4 minutes alltogheter

Hi, how long do you each round for? Minutes??? And how long do you rest for? I can’t wait to try it out! Start with four rounds on each leg and work my way up!
