@undertaker5063 my husband does this with me and he says it burns like crazy..his hips look fab
Well I have two kids and my hips are narrow anyway but if you take a break from doing it for a week it really burns the next time you do it. I have been doing this video with the butt video for a year though maybe thats why.
@lasersmoothie hey im a 1ast time mum and i have been doing thias for about a month and i asee reasults i have lost loads my hips but doaasnt feel like its working anymore perhaps i should do like u are lol
I love this video, i do it three times a week and my jeans are so loose my hips are cut up!
@Kasia12fairy I dont think so unless your hips are all fat. Hips that are wide are bone structure.
I have to do this for physical therapy since I’m a runner and have really week hips and my it helps a ton! my hips are slimmer and also much stronger so I don’t get injuries as often any more

And im a guy by the way, im actually skinny its just that i was chubby before and got bodyfat left on my hips that i wanna get ride of!

So do you do this five minutes on each side (a total of ten minutes) once every other day? These are great, by the way! I’ve been doing these for three days straight now (along with your eight minute ab exercise and your butt exercise). I can really feel the burn! :]
