Hi! Have you ever tried the maximus muscle 247 workout (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy gained tons of muscle with it.

Thanks.. Dats just wat I was looking for to tone my hands ! U r amazing..

  3. ElenaVegan says:

@MrChirish1 your arms are going to go out even if it’s a little. Don’t put your arms too close together in a simple push up–the hands should be outside your shoulder line; in the triceps pushup, since your hands are so close together, your elbows will go out more. Your goal, if your elbows are sticking out too much, is not to go too low, to avoid injuries. The best practice, with your arms wide enough, is not to go too low [close to the floor]. with your chest abt fist-height off the floor.

    @louiescollado glad to help!

  5. louiescollado says:

Thank you for this video, I was able to make an exercise without any gym equipment in my house..Great job!:)

  6. MrChirish1 says:

@EleanVegan ok thanks also why do your arms go out to the side when doinging a push up as I was told that this was not proper safe form is this not true? I was told this by a Strength and conditioning coach

  7. ElenaVegan says:

@MrChirish1 because it is not not necessary. To keep a proper/safe form your chest should be about fist-size away from the floor.

  8. MrChirish1 says:

why do you not go full range chest to the floor on the push up??

@sangeeth1982 Not necessarily. It is possible that your wrists are a bit weak, but they should get stronger with time.

  15. sangeeth1982 says:

Thanks for the video. A quick question, my wrist hurts a lot after doing tricep dips…Am I doing something wrong?

  16. kirpaangad says:

  18. Luken8ed4eva says:

I’m a guy and I tried this. The last exercise was like the hardest one to do. I guess i’ll get the hang of it if I try to do it day after day. But holy shit that was a killer workout. Imma go to bed now lol peace

  19. ElenaVegan says:

@Carolynhaywood delighted that you found it!

  20. Carolynhaywood says:

BEST arm workout EVER! Thank you! This is the challenge I have been looking for.

  21. ElenaVegan says:

@5add5 If you do as many as you can, which you should, you would get your muscles to the point of failure–that’s where magic happens. Then you will take a few second break to recuperate, and move on to the next exercise, doing the same thing. Start with as many as you can, having warmed up, and build on it each time.

  22. 5add5 says:

if you do as many as u can on each exercise, how would u be able to do the next exercises? u have to build your way up to that even if you can only do one rep?

  23. ngkassasination says:

I’m not that flexible for the 3rd excersise

  24. ElenaVegan says:

@MinhXD123 Glad I can help. If you do these exercises, double/triple up on reps, and these every other day. Try also add other exercises, such as YogaPump vids you can find on my channel, especially on the floor segments, so your arms and back get stronger.

  25. MinhXD123 says:

Thank you, i have been trying hard to get my arms stronger i searched alot of vids amd then god sent me this video from heaven 🙂
You say i have to do this every other days right?
