@TouchedbyCastiel I learned that you cant target reduce fat, but i dont know, i might be wrong. I would suggest that you do cardio and eat nutritious food.
My main concern is losing fat around the neck area. Is is possible to target that?

I am definitly gonna try these exercises with my dumbells. I am 5’1 117 lbs and do cardio 3 to 4 times a week but will add this for sure. Thanks so much for sharing. I wonder if you have a video for strenthening tummy muscles (my tummy is flat but want to get that six pack !)

@Dlink806 ya lifting weights don’t affect your growth.. its another myth like saying coffee stunts your growth..
