I just found this health related video on YouTube … and thought you might enjoy it!

OPEN ME!! This video is all about my diet and fitness routine. It was very highly requested so i decided to make it.     As a dancer, you would LOVE Zumba! It’s basically just an hour dance session and you wake up the next day and remember it was work out class. It’s so amazing and so much fun!

    Haha I actually just came home from yoga. I can see how people think its boring, I suggest taking a POWER YOGA class so you can learn really fun postures.

    i did yoga for two weeks its great for stretching and for back problems but i don’t think its worth the cost for what happens in one session buy a yoga video or find one online and do it at home !

    Hey! I take a piyo class which is a mix of pilates/yoga. I really enjoy the class and it is very relaxing but also makes you sweat! Some people make a connection to yoga as being easy and pointless but it really isn’t! The class is always a ton of fun and like I said you do sweat! It’s time practice to really get the hang of it but it’s definitely worth it. Hope this helps! ๐Ÿ™‚
