I noticed that i’ve become less flexible after doing such high intensity workouts and my trainer said that because high intensity workouts actually tighten your muscles, making you less flexible.
But how do you remain so flexible? I could not stretch my leg up to face the ceiling in the third set of exercises!
Just questions out of idle curiosity- How tall are you, what do you weigh, and do you have any idea how much you can lift? (Bench press, or whatever.) Just wondering how much raw strength someone as incredibly fit as yourself has, who is not specifically a “weightlifter”.
