Hello…my name is Juan. I’m a 25 yr old man that is tired of being lazy all day. I would like to turn my life around. Don’t really know how these things go but I would really like some tips on what it is I can do to start losing weight and staying in shape? I’ve seen some of your videos and I am doing some of the workouts but I would like to know something on how to lose the gut I’ve been accumulating over the year. Thank you for your time.
I did about 34. Half of them in the beginner version b/c normally I can barely do 5 pushups from my feet ^^
I pbly could have done some more if it were not for my arms, they were not amused indeed! 😀
So happy I could finally do the same workout as you, and not being like O.O .. XP at half the time ^^

@MissYellyGirl i wish i could say that too 😀 right now im in a stadium that i am just watching and thinking “ok i could do this exercise” then i try it and boom 😀 i cant do anything cause i am so lazy and so weak :D:D i hate myself for this :))
Have you thought of getting rid of the coffee? Surprised that you would be consuming something that is so harmful instead of say some fresh squeezed fruit and/or veggie juice. Are you aware that caffeine stresses the nervous system, increases uric acid, contributes to stomach ulcers, restricts brain blood flow, causes calcium loss from the bones. Coffee is a poison, but most people don’t realize the harm it does to their bodies.
Hey Zuzana please demonstrate some streatching techniques, will be helpfull for some of us who have never stretched correctly before…You Rock Girlfriend!!!
@MissYellyGirl Yep, i’ve lost 5 kilos since following Zuzana, She is absolutely amazing! i’m doing things that i never thought i could. Thank you Zuzana and Freddy!!!
@Brandonpavlo You only thing they’re mainly woman workouts because you are watching a woman do them.
You are watching this and processing it as a way to gain smaller muscle and lose fat, because this is how the female body changes from working out.. it has nothing to do with the type of workouts these are. Without the use of steroids, women do not get bulky muscle; men, however, do, and they will still get that bulky, muscular look from doing these workouts.
