Atkins, Zone, South Beach, Raw, Mediterranean. You know what I think? Fuck all yall because its Sabotage! Diets are like cults and cults only lead to insanity. You guys ask me a lot what a good diet is. Well first, I like to replace the word diet, with healthy eating. Second, there is no magic diet that works for everyone, it depends your age, activity, metabolism and goals. BUT I will give you something today that will MELT inches off your butt, put money in your bank account and …..(pause) Ok maybe not. Heres the truth: this is a ridiculously smart, easy to follow sample day of how to eat healthy. I AM NOT SAYING this will give you the body of your dreams. I am saying this is a hell of a lot better than how 99% of people eat and if you eat anything like this, you are WELL on your road to sexiness. We got OATMEAL for breakfast, YOGURT for a snack, SALAD for lunch, FISH for a snack and BREAST for dinner. That’s a balanced day.     Very nice video…^5’s…am 54…female…great energy..never a sick day at work in 10years–I eat CLEAN~oats for breakfast/alternating with Greek yogurt & wild organic blueberries&ground flaxseed/alternating with extra Omega 3 eggs/ lunch=canned red salmon/or sardines/or kippers with greens/dinner=beans, rice and more greens–not so religious about dinner since my son lives here too…but walk very fast 4 to 5 times a week. At work, snacks=walnuts w/ low-sodium V-8. GLAD TO SEE YOUR VIDEO!!!!

    @sexychefbuff why do you say greek yogurt….. when real yogurt is from Bulgaria … cuz only it contains Lactobacillus bulgaricus…. which can’t be found in other yogurt

    Hey now. South Beach worked for me…dropped 50lbs in 26 weeks. It’s a great diet where you eat real food. But I get what you’re saying.

    STARTED EATING MORE PROTEIN, VEG, WHOLEGRAINS, H2O & CUT POTATOES/PASTA & NOTICED MY CRAZY SWEET CRAVING DISAPPEARED COMPLETELY (MY BIGGEST PROBLEM) &

    HUNGER PANGS HAVE GONE.
    I FEEL FULLER FOR LONGER, HAVE MORE ENERGY AND NOTICED THE WEIGHT LOSS 🙂

    @lazerous8506 Start off SLOW, think what can she do that will make a big impact on her body. I’d change her first meal. Greek yogurt, 1 cup is high protein, transportable and tasty. Step 2 would be to pack a trail mix at work. Step 3 would be to drink at least 4 L of water. Etc, slowly build it 🙂

    Not a woman, but my girlfriend has bad eating habits. She’s a Doctor doing hospital medicine and does not have time to eat throughout the day. She has toast in the morning, little during the day then is hungry as hell from 5pm onwards and binges. I’m at a bit of a loss on what to do to improve her diet! :/
