A great 10-exercise full-body workout routine performed with the TRX Suspension Trainer. This workout can be done just about anywhere and is a particular favorite of mine while on the road and traveling from hotel to hotel.

Good stuff. Ten great exercises and good instruction. Nice.
@bigbrun13 – Glad it helped…TRX is not an intuitive method of fitness and a little instruction goes a long way for people to learn how to TRX on their own to achieve their goals. I try to help users make the most of their TRX…look for more videos in the near future! Thanks for watching.
I made my own device and have had trouble figuring out just exactly what to do with it but this has helped. Thank you and play whatever music you want… it’s immaterial.
sry, didn’t mean to troll. very nice video. very helpful
I don’t undertstand why would you buy this, if you can make it at home for less then 35$
WTF–Straps for $160??? ROFL
I LOVE this system. I feel it in areas that I’ve never felt it before. His form is excellent, too so this is my favorite TRX video so far. Thanks for sharing this, bighappyvb.
Thanks MrEzioAuditore1993!…and why wouldn’t a person just turn down the volume or mute if they didn’t like the music.
Cheers!
I don’t mind the music!! =) I think people should be less harsh with the criticism!
Thanks for the vid!
great video, learned some new moves, i kinda liked the music 😉
@ColdSpring1984 Thanks…loved working out in the woods of Mammoth Lakes! I’ll try to get better with the music in my videos, thanks for the feedback!
@intelgreen56 is that something that the TRX can anchor to? Thanks!
@ryanskapa TRX is great for several squat/lunge variations (much more than what is shown here) without placing the body under load (other than bodyweight). On the music….I know, it’s not perfect but it’s upbeat and energetic (and hopefully not too annoying). Thanks for the feedback!
I don’t see why this equipment is necessary for squats or lunges.
P.S. The music is incongruous with the workout.
Nice! I’m going to add the TRX to my arsenal soon.
Get the universal strength apparatus bro.
Thank you so much for this, I’ll be incorporating this in my weekly routine!
Nice workout, beautiful landscape, and ANNOYING MUSIC!!!
