We love you too. You’re a sweetie-pie, and the baby’s cute, also.

Hi Bex, I was wondering if you could do a video showing a good whole body toning gym workout. My husband bought me a gym membership and I’m just not quite sure how to design a good workout there. Thanks for your help.

Your baby is sooo adorable! I miss my little girl being a little baby…I’m a mommy of 4 and it used to be easy for me having a workout routine. Its been a year I stopped working out cuz I had a family emergency. But I’m going to start again and its a good thing I’m going to workout with a friend.

  13. Amanda11762 says:

I am so glad you are back 🙂

  14. Chels33a says:

@genghisgirl ohh that’s really smart haha! way to make her sleeping schedule fit YOU 😉

  15. genghisgirl says:

@melzerr1 It definitely gets harder as you get older (and harder with every kid), but it also feels better when you get all those amazing compliments for being so fit! I absolutely love my new rebounder and can’t wait to get on it more (my neighbors think I’m crazy).

  16. genghisgirl says:

@Chels33a She was up the entire night before, so I was keeping her awake and busy to try to get some sleep the following night. It worked! Fresh air is exhausting! 🙂

  17. genghisgirl says:

@xioulynne I’ve nursed all my children exclusively for between 18-24 months. Nursing burns up to 500 calories a day alone. My workout routine is the same whether I’m nursing or not 🙂

  18. xioulynne says:

do you also breast feed, if so how hard do you work out

  19. Chels33a says:

I love these workout diary posts! yayyy 🙂 awh poor baby looks exhausted and all sweaty just as much hahah!
