LOL this was one of my gym tests i went 5 minutes and 25 seconds
i just got to 1:22 !!
u know i love u bob, right?? :))))))
how many weeks do u have to do this to see ur abs out?
im obese 5’11 and 320 pounds its all belly my upper an lower body good,an i can tell you i made it a minute but at the end i was shaking very badly i give this 5 stars i feel it in my shoulders an chest an a lil bit in my stomach, thanks for posting 🙂 will be doing regularly
This is not the best ab exercise for strength. This is good for someon who may not be able to do many pushups and wants to get some core strength to start off with.
I would move on to L-tuck and L-sit work shortly after acquiring some strength. Dragon flags are also great.
I saw him LIVE today! He walked by me and smiled and said “hey”. And I did most of his workout. He is pretty awesome to come out to my little town and lead this giant workout thing… we were all ecstatic…
it’s easy, i can do 3 min 🙂 so happy!
def not as easy as it looks haha
@1234567loading get a life? lol its his job. he is the trainer on the biggest looser
The plank is in my opinion the best ab exercise you can do as far as pure ab strength. Good luck to everyone who is starting out, when I first started it was hard to get 30 seconds out, I’m up to around 7 min now, with my body shaking like crazy after 5. But honestly it’s not like a lot of exercises that take time to work up, your time will go up quickly, and it’s 50% mental exercise as well because you aren’t moving, which proves dedication to yourself.
I thought it would be easy, but it is tough Uhh!! xD
Thanks for the tips! When I did the plant in your strength dvd my arms hurt really bad…but now I know the proper form. Thanks, Bob! You’re helping me so much and I love your strength video…need to get the others now!
surprisingly tough. started to shake but held on to 30 sec.
…. And to top it all off you’re hott too x
Cool. I’m doing the Plank with my trainer right now too. Thanks for the extra tips. I did mention to him that there is a hott personal trainer who is an animal lover too (I’m vegan myself). LOVE IT! X
yes !
my plank record is 6 min and 30 sec…im a skiier so it was easy 🙂
The only fail there is the watch…. XD
plank indeed
@blasterLA24 Shut up fattie
Funny thing is I started doing this exercise a week ago. It’s a good one as long as you keep your back straight. Try to stay at least 1 minute 🙂
Wonderful exercise, it’s thanks to this that I really started to see and feel change around the abdomen area …
As it’s always important to build strength from the core first and gradually continue from there
