    this is how i work out in the gym: i walk in, get some water and go to a machine, 5 munites later i get bored and then another machine, 5 munites later i get bored and go home and grab a burger on the way!

    Hi Tanya. I tried these exercises as best I could. You’re right…the waist is a difficult area to target – especially on the floor. Most moves focus on the stomach; not the waist sides…like your suggestions. Also, some of these require tremendous strength…like the sideways plank. Still searching for the perfect floor waist work-out….
