Hi John-Thank you for the great tips..
I will look for your fitness videos.Need to
get on a daily exercise routine….Polly

  2. JohnBasedow1 says:

@boricuaxnenaa Thanks! Yep, I started Fitness Made Simple, the commercials you’re referring to, right out of school. Interestingly enough, I’m in a new national commercial that starts this month. It’s called the TAKE CONTROL FITNESS PACKAGE & I was allowed to show the worldwide debut on my YouTube channel a few days ago. Check it out. πŸ™‚

Great video! I found your account on dailybooth and recognized the name “John Basedow.” You had a fitness video that I used to see all the time on tv when I was younger. Best of luck to you and thanks for the tips!

  4. JohnBasedow1 says:

@JAYSTARXXVll Haha. It’s actually not “20” people. I have this one freak hater who often hits the dislike button 19-20 times whenever I post a new vid. He must have multiple accounts & a lot of time on his hands. Pretty sad…but if a troll spends that much time on you, you must be doing something right. πŸ™‚

@waseem1173 I used to do the same thing but then I started satisfying cravings with raw veggies, nuts, fruits & bites of protein (ex. grilled chicken breast), which decrease appetite. I felt so much better after doing that than eating processed sweets. It would be a Baby Step in the right direction to start replacing those candies with natural food choices.

@TooFreakingRelaxed Thanks so much. Same to you. Make your dreams come true in 2011!

  8. TooFreakingRelaxed says:

Good tips. Hope you had great holidays, and Happy New Year John.

  9. waseem1173 says:

Excellent video. i ll remember those tips.
usually i keep a bag of very sour candy, of the flavour i dont like and every time i have a craving to eat something i stuff some of those candies in my mouth and then i dont feel like eating anything πŸ˜‰ and those candies arnt too high on sugar

  10. JohnBasedow1 says:

@mujawooja Glad you found them useful. πŸ™‚

  11. mujawooja says:

    Good tips John

  12. JohnBasedow1 says:

@IGCentertainmentca Thanks so much. I really appreciate that & all your support on my other vids too! πŸ™‚

  13. IGCentertainmentca says:

posted on the entertainment blog thanks 4 sending ;|)

  14. JohnBasedow1 says:

@KAJAproduction Yep, it definitely helps to fill the stomach & also aids with digestion. πŸ™‚

  15. JohnBasedow1 says:

@ReallyRealityTC Yes! And I’ve seen ladies do just that. Gentlemen, however, carry ziploc bags. πŸ™‚

  16. JohnBasedow1 says:

@trentWHY I just find nothing funny about cancer since I lost my dad & many other relatives to it. I didn’t read your brief initial post with humor but I appreciate your explanation. You’re correct about finding humor in bad situations but I think most people would miss your thought process if they only read the one line comment. Thanks again. πŸ™‚

  17. JohnBasedow1 says:

@EllyBirmingham Actually, it should be very helpful pre-New Years & for any other party/holiday situation as well. The tips are universal in that way.

  18. ReallyRealityTC says:

If you’re at a buffet for instance, throw the salmon in your purse before someone else gets to it! πŸ˜‰

  19. blackcat445577 says:

@JohnBasedow1 :3 I also follow the nibble & sip rule. if I have one of those cravings that I just cant get rid of I have a bite of the sweet treats. But I tend yo go for a walk right after so I can burn some of those extra calories

  20. EllyBirmingham says:

This may have been helpful pre-Christmas…Oh well

  21. KAJAproduction says:

hot water and lemon? Never had that before.

  22. trentWHY says:

@JohnBasedow1 can’t take a joke? lose your morals for a second, it’s called dark humor, if you can’t laugh at death and an illness you’ll always be afraid of them

  23. madnessyes says:

Merry Christmas and soon a Happy New Year with a lot of youtube success, John πŸ™‚

  24. MikesArt84 says:

@JohnBasedow1 Thanks, i did πŸ™‚ Hope yours was awesome too!

  25. JohnBasedow1 says:
