My grandmother used to take fitness classes 3 times a week and jogging 45 minutes each day, she is 53 now and her age does not stop her from enjoying her life. When she had to make a methadone treatment we thought she will stop making preparations for a trip she wanted to do all her life, climb on the top of Mount Mills from California. We were all wrong, she made this trip and wants to climb another mountain because age does not count when you believe in your inner force.

I’m sorry – I know women over the beautiful number 90 who can do more than this. I regularly have people in their 60s and 70s in my high intensity indoor cycling class. Just because your age is some magic number doesn’t mean you can’t be fit and athletic! Please!
