And if you want to get fit, drop all the sugars and shit, you dont even have to do moves like these to get “fit”, just eat proper foor 5times a day and tadaa, you’re fit.

Ab exercises do not expose the abs. Losing belly fat through proper diet and complete body exercises is the healthiest way to get body fat low enough to see your abs.

I’ve been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I’m a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat “low glycemic” carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com
4) Perform high intensity interval training.

That is some of the worst form i have ever seen… seriously you should not be preaching such bad form.
People, sit ups are generally a bad idea. If you want a personalised ab routine totally free, just send me a message. I guarantee you will see much better gains than doing this contrived routine.
