  11. YouTips4U says:

Hi, keep doing your ab workouts regularly; 3-4 times a week and you will see the results you are hoping for. It can take 2-3 months sometimes to get that flat stomach; the important thing is that you be consistent about your exercise.

  12. BABYJaneta says:

I have tried all these and still there’s no result for me 🙁 I am very slim, but I do have some belly fat I want to get rid of.Please help me!

  13. YouTips4U says:

It’s also helpful to eat foods with high water content as this helps to remove fat from your body.

  14. YouTips4U says:

Hi, eating smaller meals throughout the day actually helps speed up your metabolism. You may also want to up your exercise time or intensity to help you get over your plateau.

  15. lahana24 says:

What if you eat like 90grams of protein and don’t snack??? I have more than the recommended amount of protein from fish and protein shacks.???? What do I need to do??I went from 202 to 159 and I want to lose 39 pounds

  16. YouTips4U says:

Hi, you can cut your fat a bit more

  17. GsxR750Speedemon says:

So you’re saying if I eat more protein I will get over this plateau? I do jiu jitsu bout 4 to 5 days a week and I usually come home drenched in sweat. I work so hard but yet remain the same weight. I count calories and eat 33% of fat, carbs and protein. Would it be a good idea to cut fat and increase protein?

  18. baroquexx says:

I really hope some of these work for me. I was about ready to give up, cause I’ve been at the same weight for about a month or so. And I still have 30 pounds to go. ><

  19. mko4187 says:

    Awesome! Thanks!

  20. beba45 says:

This was great. I’ll try some of this tips.

  21. webmasterd says:

@YouTips4U thx for the tips! btw, I also heard eating something hot like oatmeal rather than something cold first thing when you wake up is better to jump start your metabolism?

  22. YouTips4U says:

Hi, it’s fine to exercise first thing in the morning when you wake up before you eat. I love going for a morning jog or walk before breakfast, however, bear in mind that you have limited resources since you haven’t eaten since the night before, so you don’t want to go too long or you will have too much of a drop in blood sugar and you could feel lousy all day. You’ll get the same benefit from your exercise if you eat first and wait two hours as you do going on a empty tummy.

  23. YouTips4U says:

Hi, thanks so much for your kind words. I’m so glad you’ve found my videos helpful :o)

  24. webmasterd says:

I heard doing cardio on an empty stomach first thing when we wake up helps to lose weight. Rather than eating first and waiting bout and hr. or more. However, you would want to eat before a workout if you are doing weight training so you don’t tear muscle tissue?

  25. domyhairnow says:

You should have your own tv show ! You know your stuff and are very helpful without being rude and put people down! Thank you , you’ve changed my life

  26. YouTips4U says:

Meat, fish, chicken, turkey, pork, eggs, tofu, beans, nuts, nut butters like peanut butter and almond butter, etc.
