@NedSCUBAyah When did he ever say you didn’t have to pay? He told us in that video about it, but to actually do it and have complete success in just 12 weeks is to pay for the program

  3. RJsBad says:

im confused he says not to do very much cardio because its not very affective but he has a video and has it named cardio and say these exercises will help you burn the most fat ???

  4. infinitypro12 says:

If you pay him he will teach you. What I will tell you all and save you time. Count calories, burn more than you consume, and be committed.

  5. devshourie1 says:

Do your direct ab excercises work or no because you are saying to avoid direct ab excercises.

  6. seanvondon1 says:

kid if you want to get abs go running, do push ups, and crunches every day. Running is going to burn lots of the fat and then the crunches come in for the definition. Push ups is a good way to work abs as well because you are in the plank position. do these every night and you will see results.

@bobevansize ROFL, you obviously haven’t been to the gym or work out at all. For his size, it takes years even with protein supplement. You need to hit heavier weights with a spotter in order to exceed your plateau. Also, you need to be pretty strict with your diet… complex carbs (veggies, flax, whole wheat, whole oats), lean mean (chicken, fish), vitamins (oranges, apples, kiwis)…

  17. Funnyflik121 says:

lol steroids dont make you buff, they charge your body so you can exercise more often without the need of hours of recovering. the fact of the matter is to get rid of body fat to see muscle, do a thousand ab crunches a day, the muscle will be there, but the fat will cover it up =/

so burn fat, simple as that. Burn more calories than what you take in. Simple shit =P

  18. snxpers says:

@bobevansize dude the workouts are pretty legit. i have been doing them for 2 weeks and i have seen a good bit of results.

  19. bobevansize says:

i think these dudes are full of shit go to the gym and work ur ass off without any faggot ass shortcuts and that how u get results this dude probly took steroids to get that big

  23. NedSCUBAyah says:

I sat through your whole 30 minute blab fest about your technique that you were going to tell us about without having to pay for it blah blah blah..and then the pay screen pops up. Do any of your videos actually talk about the afterburn process and what things you actually do??

  24. Angkorian519 says:
