Always eat a green vegetable with every meal 2. Eat over 100 grams of protein per day 3. Post-Work Out you should have protein and carbs like two scoops of whey and a high fructose fruit like a banana 4. Don’t use artificial sweeteners (or use the minimum amount) 5. No trans fats 6. For fat loss eat less than 100 grams of carbs per day 7. If you have MORE than 50 pounds of fat to lose, eliminate your carbs 8. Women never eat less than 1200 calories per day. 9. Guys never less than 1600 calories 10. Don’t use diet pills, thermogenics or any product someone endorses 11. Don’t do cleanses or stick anything up your butt for weight loss (90% of cleanses are retarded) 12. Don’t eat carbs before bed 13. Eat at least 4-5 times throughout the day 14. Your biggest meals should be breakfast, lunch, then dinner, not the other way around 15. Fat loss is easier if you eliminate gluten, cow dairy, soy, sweeteners 16. Hmmm, maybe replace the tuna with more beans and/or protein powder (not sure if that would work).
What are your sources of protein, if not meat?
@AtoZyzzyva ..Thanx a lot for replying..i’m a vegetarian -No fish meat or even eggs so its really tough to get a high protein meal(except whey shakes) and no or zero carb is unthinkable.

1 can of drained Borlotti beans (15g protein roughly)
1 tin of drained tuna (30g protein roughly)
1 chopped courgette (zucchini if you are from USA)
1 tin/pack of chopped tomatoes
1/2 a medium onion
Some thyme
Fry onions then chuck everything else in when they are done – 2 meals of about 23g protein each.
It doesn’t really matter what herbs, spices, vegetables you put in, it is down to choice.

. As I said before you don’t want fructose post workout. You want glucose. Fructose does not replenish glycogen stores effectively which is the purpose of a post workout carb. Bananas are high in glucose

Made a meal yesterday for about £2 which has just over 47g of protein (2 meals for me as I need 23g per meal) and literally no fats, sugars or any of the bad crap, just protein, some carbs, vitamins etc. – all natural ingredients.
It also tasted so good.
