Pilates are a lot harder than they look! I just do the pilates one-hundred move everyday. Great results! My abs look good and feel really tight. I still weigh the same (133.5 lbs) but I feel good about myself.

This video really showcase the power of the Mat Pilates on your abs. When done with Pilates equipment, it is hard not to develop a strong core!

@StarIsRich – The thing about core muscles is that they wont show unless you are a good/fit weight. A thin layer of fat can easily cover toned core muscles. But if you are getting her heart rate up (jogging, swimming ect.), eating really well, loosing weight and then doing this at least 5 x a week, there is a very good chance it’ll get you a nice stomach! The trick to exercising is to do your running first, get your heart rate going and then to do toning/muscle building exercises. Good luck!

If I do this 5 days a week will I get a really flat toned stomach? Ive got quite a flabby belly at the moment and am quite overweight but I am working hard and losing weight!! But looking for a decent ab video to stick to… anybody had good results with this?
