    I don’t understand why she does supporting movements for upperbody. Why she don’t just do movement like military press for shoulders… it is much more suitable than front raises.

    It’s not Zuzana, it’s the aspect ratio. The clip is encoded in wrong aspect ratio which causes black bars appearing on the sides and a thinner Zuzana.
