    Its about 1000 exercises for abs from Zuzana ! :). and all of this works (even for male). This is good for toning our abs after harder ab workout. Thx again for posting this videos.

    wow you got ripped compared to the last time ive seen you. how many times do you work out a week and for how long per work out? Im working out about 3 hours, 4 times a week and im wondering if i should increase the times i work out per week.
