    Hi! these exercises help build up the muscles to support the knee to prevent injury. The stronger your legs, upper thighs and glutes are the better!

    i’m kinda confused. i thought that people who had knee problems couldn’t do lunges and squats and things because of their problems… but this video said to do lunges… :S
