    Hi, a healthy balanced diet is best. Protein helps build strong toned muscles, so be sure to include meat, chicken, eggs, nuts, and beans in your diet :o)

    Hi, this exercise will help a lot. Try to do at least 10 minutes of ab work every other day. I have quite a few more ab workout exercise videos upload that I think you will find very helpful. Pick a few you like and develop a 10-minute routine.

    Hi, be sure you are using correct form. Concentrate on pressing your lower back into the floor and pressing your hands into the floor as well. If you feel it in your legs and you are still doing the exercise correctly, then perhaps your leg muscles need toning as well and are benefiting from this movement.

    Hi, it will burn fat at a very low level. Ab workout exercises are intended to tone, strengthen and flatten by working the underlying muscles. In order to burn fat and shed excess weight, you have to do cardio exercise.

    Hi, for your obliques, you’ll want to focus on the sides of your stomach. I do have quite a few exercises to help with obliques. Please go to my channel page and type in “obliques” to view the ab videos that target those areas.

    Can this work on my obliques as will or is there another excercise .. ?! like i seriously need to get rid of those love handles & can figure out an excercise & how long will it take .. like i have been running & on a diet for a month nw & am not sure how long will it take to actually feel a difference

    Hi, I’m so glad you liked my video. Be sure you are on a carpet that does not move. Also, it sounds like perhaps you may be using too much momentum to do this exercise. Use your arms and hands to press to the floor to stabilize you. Practice doing it slower, more controlled and with less of a rocking motion but more lifting. Let me know if that helps :o)

    Hi! First off, great vid!

    I have a bit of a problem with this exercise, maybe you could help me figure it out.
    Every time I do this exercise I end up moving in place. Like each time I lift my butt off the ground it slides me in place. It’s very distracting to do this exercise when I’m sliding everywhere, any tips on how to stay put?

    Excellent! I’m so glad you liked them.

    You can use Mederma on old scars as well. Be sure to use it every day as directed for best results. It can take a while, so don’t expect results quickly. Allow at least 6 months.

    When you said you used Mederma for scars was it a scar that had been there for a long time before using product. I was in a accident years ago and have a scar on my knee and going down my leg. Thanks
    By the way, this is the first time I’ve looked at your exercise videos, to busy with all the beauty tips, lately. I just love what I’ve seen so far. I have just watched you do them and I know that’s the easy part but I’m in good physical shape but want to add some of your tips to my routine

    Hi, concentrate on your ab muscles with 10-12 minutes of ab work every other day or 3-4 times a week. Also, for your love handles you’ll want to focus on working your oblique muscles which are the muscles that run down your sides. I have quite a few exercises for that area that I have uploaded. Please take a look when you get a chance. Also I have a video on reducing your love handles that I think you will also find helpful.

    Ok, so, I want to lose my back fat and my stomach but I am satisfied with my lower half. What do you recommend to work those two out but keep my lower half?

    Hi, as with any type of resistance or spot training, you always want to have a 24 hour rest period in between to let the muscles rest; that’s how they get strong, tighter and more toned. So at the most every other day is recommended :o)

    Hi, moisturize your skin after every shower to help prevent any further stretch marks from occurring. As for the ones you have, unfortunately, there is no magic solution to get rid of them. Don’t fret though, they do fade to a silvery white over time so they are hardly noticeable. You can try Mederma for stretch marks. It’s a brand new product so I don’t know if it works or not but I have used Mederma for scars and it does work for that.
