In the college I did not have any weight problem, it started after my wife gave birth to the second child, I was 35. A guy that worked at Alcohol rehab new jersey lost 5 pounds in two weeks, so I asked him what is the secret. He showed me some of these exercises and said that I must work very hard, because the stomach fat is very hard to lose.
