Can you guys do an ankle strengthening video
Are there specific benefits from doing leg-extensions over doing squats (overhead/front/back/bodyweight) for knee strengthening?
I can see how leg-extensions probably is easier to learn and requires much less coaching than squats. But judging solely on overall benefits, aren’t squats much better or even lunges?
