    Well this added something to my work out. Nice simple vid for lower abs. Notice people there are much more exercises for other parts of your abs. This is just lower.

    20 sec and already done with this. Or else you cant see those sixpack… TWF why should I care about someone else staring at my abbs? I really dont give a F about anybody else have an opinion about my body. Okey I am trained, but I hate people going to the gym and only beacause they want to show. Training has so much more than only the abbs and biceps.
