i kno its being 2 months but the thing is that
yea u hav ur 6 pack now but if u stop doing ur abs excersise
your abs wil stop showing
so u r right a little but yea
I tried this technique and I feel it in my lower abdominal muscles!!
Thank you very much for this video, I always wanted to know how to train lower abdominal muscles. I subscribed!
also most people think
oh i got a 6 pack now, i can relax
but then it goes away dussent it?
they real easy i do about 100 and my stomach hurts alot
there aint 1, u just gota go runnin or soemthing, thats wut i do, xcept i sprint alot cos i wana be a sprinter instead of long distance
This is a good one for the lower abs, but it is better to put your head behind your head. This will help to keep you from pushing off with you hands. There is a good example on my page.
hii its sooooo nice
plzzzzzz can u tell me some exorcise for face
my face soo fatee now
Thank you so much for this video! Could you please give me some advice?
I’m 18 years old, female,I do fencing 3 times a week and follow a good diet. I’ve always been slim, but I have some fat on my belly and hips and I’d like to get rid of it. Plus, I’ve tried to do those reverse crunches you do in the video but when I release and lower my legs my lower back forms an arc.. I don’t know if that’s right. Could you please tell me which exercises I should do and how many times a week?
Thanks!
Your lower back MUST be on the mat, otherwie you work mostly your psoas, hip muscle.
O man, this is very difficult question. If you are asking how to develop a six pack abs, this exercise alone won’t be any help. You must reduce body fat overall, meaning eating right, do high intensity training…
how many of these would I have to do and for how long before I see results.
nice demonstration and highly descriptive instruction.
Thank you very much!
thanks dude. this one really helps
cool, now i know how to do a reverse, because reading about it was confusing.
