Day 11 watching my weight

Coffee – 1 point
Cereal Fruity Cheerios w/2% milk – 7
All-You-Can-Eat Chinese-Buffet-Dinner – 1000 points!~

Today was a planned event with my wife and in-laws, preparing my father-in-law’s old apartment for an estate sale. He was recently in a car accident in November and now has brain damage, and has now been officially placed in a personal care home. We had planned to go out to dinner after spending the entire day packing up the apartment, and that is why Friday I managed to eat very little (19 points). It turned out there was an all-you-can eat buffet in the area, and that gave us the cheapest bang for our buck (there was 6 of us). I took the night off from my watching my weight.

>> Total points >> Unknown!
>> Wiping out all my splurge flex points for the week to 0 points.

Picture of my Dinner

The All-You-Can-Eat Buffet restaurant was packed and I felt uncomfortable to take pictures .. but, I pigged out on the following:

>Dinner: lemon chicken, fried chicken wings and legs, bourbon chicken, chicken balls, steak fries, chicken fried rice, beef chop suey, sweet and sour sauce, egg rolls (little of each)
>Refill dinner: lemon chicken, bourbon chicken, plum sauce, steak fries
>Salad: pasta salad instead of garden salad, with cucumbers, carrots, and celery
>Dessert: bowl of jello squares, small scoop of each blue licorice ice cream, cotton candy ice cream, and chocolate ice cream, fortune cookie.

Ya .. I know. *sigh* But I worked hard not only packing, but moving 2 sets of 8′ sectional sofas.
