220g Shoestring French Fries (@1pt/27g) – 8 points
Diet Dr. Pepper – 0 point
Smart Scoop Ice Cream – 2 points
Syrop – 1 point

>> Over by 10 points .. 19 splurge flex points remain

>>> By the way .. at home I use Fat-Free Coffee-Mate Hazelnut flavored cream and take only 1 point per day for all the amount of coffee I drink at home. If I go out, say to Tim Hortons .. the cream in each coffee is an extra point for me. I used to Like Carnation, but find that they don’t last as long “on the counter unrefrigerated” (if you know what I mean).

>> I hope 19 splurge points will be enough .. it’s my mom’s birthday Sunday dinner and I’m sure there will be birthday cake!
