with Peanut Butter 2 points

Lunch

4 Whole Wheat Toast – 4 points
with Margarine – 2 points
with Brown Sugar (1 TBSP per toast!) – 4 points
with Cinnamon – 0 points
>> Mmmm Energy 😀

Snacks during the day

None.

Dinner

Large Mongolian Stir Fry at Palatal Express Restaurant – 9 points
with Sweet and Sour Sauce – 2 points

SUMMARY

>> 27 Points
>> UNDER .. I have yet to use any splurge flex points this week and 35 remain

>>> I was quite busy with deadlines, and didn’t manage to remember to eat .. until 10pm .. while I was out delivering a package to Canada Revenue drop slot. I probably shouldn’t have eaten the Large size as I ended up going to sleep at 12:30am (which, was early for me!) Not a good idea to eat before bed.
