Breakfast

Coffee – 1 point
4 whole wheat toast – 4 points
with 2 tsp Becel Lite – 1 point
with 2 TBSP brown sugar and cinnamon! – 2 points

Lunch

Cheerios and 2 refills – 5 points
2% milk – 1 cup – 3 point

Snacks during the day

Kelloggs Bran Bar (Honey Oats)- 2 points
Wheat Thin Crackers, 13 plain – 2 points

Dinner

Garden Salad – 0 points
with 1 hard boiled egg – 2 points
with 14 croutons – 2 points
with grated cheddar – 1/2 point
with grated parmeson – 1/2 point
with Caesar dressing – 2 points
with 100g sliced turkey breast – 2 points’
with bacon bits – 1 point
Thinsations Oreo cookies – 2 points
Singles Pringles – 2 points

SUMMARY

>> Total 34 points
>> Over by 2 points, 28 splurge flex points remain

>>> My Breakfast was actually last night around 1am .. and my lunch was really my 2nd breakfast around 7am. I napped yesterday evening and worked all night. My snacks during the day was my lunch .. I lay down around 3pm and slept until 7pm where, my salad supper was almost like breakfast to me.
>>> My body is not liking my eating habits at the moment, but I have many deadlines for work and trying to swing 3 working days into 2 calendar days until January 31st to get these off my desk! I grabbed a few hours sleep between 10pm and about 1:30am (20 minutes ago) as I type this – and will be up all night again.

>> For counting points .. by the way, on days like today when timing is all off .. I count from midnite as the starting point and keep days “intact”

A Note about my Cheerios!

Cheerios, most boxes from plain to even the Apples & Cinnamon Cheerios are 2 points per cup. Skim milk is 2 points per cup and 2% Milk (which I prefer) is 3 points per cup. I’m posting the picture, because I’ve scanned the gallery and noticed that I don’t have my Cheerios pictured! So there it is above.

Usually, when I take points .. I usually take 2 points for 1/2 cup of 2% milk (it’s really 1.5 points but sometimes I might run low of milk and add a bit extra) and 4 points for 1 cup of cheerios plus as many refills as it takes to use up all the milk (sometimes it’s more than an extra cup sometimes it’s less than an extra cup). When I feel guilty that I didn’t take a “refill” but, rather had 2 bowls of cereal .. I usually up it to 5 points cereal and 3 points milk.
