Breakfast

Cheerios and refill – 4 points
2% milk – 2 points
Coffee – 1 point

Lunch

2 Toasted turkey sandwiches (plain)
with 200g turkey – 4 points
with 4 whole wheat bread – 4 point

Snacks during day

Singles Kit Kat bar – 2 point
Singles Aero bar – 2 points
Orange – 1 point

Supper

HART’s FAMOUS HASHBROWNS AND EGGS
with 3 eggs as recipe 16.5 less 3.0 margarine = 13.5
(I used Pam Spray instead of Margarine .. still tasted great!)

SUMMARY

>>Total 33.5 points
>> OVER, taking off 2 points .. 33 splurge flex points remain

>>> Although with my hash brown recipe .. I fry the hash browns in Margarine, I used the Pam No stick spray instead. I was curious to see that with all of my spices, if missing margarine in the ‘recipe’ makes a difference. Honestly? It didn’t – although, you taste margarine when it’s there and enjoy it. When it’s not there it’s not like you miss it. That’s what the cinnamon and bacon bits are for 😀
