with 1 whole wheat toast – 1 point
with 1 cup HART’s FAMOUS CHILI – 4 points
Breyers Smart Scoop Ice Cream 1-1/4 cups – 5 points
with a lot of Smuckers low fat chocolate syrop! – taking 2 points
