Reflection
Since last Sunday .. I have been back to counting and marking down all my points. Coming up this weekend, March 15-16, we’re having a - (gulp) - Eating Fest. It was my mom’s birthday March 11th and my wife’s birthday March 13th. We are alternating the family gatherings on Saturday (her family) and Sunday (my family). Thankfully, because of the amount of potential food this weekend .. I didn’t eat much for dinner last night (Thursday) so, I think that helped keep the points down ![]()
3 points is great for me - and shows if I pay attention to it, I can do it! But, I worry for next week.

Reflection
I don’t get it. I was over my weekly flex points last week, and lost .. this week I was under my weekly flex point alotment and gained weight … // oh yes - that’s right .. Mongolian Stirfy at 9pm on the night before a weigh-in is not a good idea .. too much water in the vegetables I guess! Now I get it.

Reflection
I’ll take the 1.5 lb loss! I didn’t sleep that much last night (adrenalin) after working offline catching up with my online stuff .. and maybe got another 4 hours sleep. I’ve been averaging 2-3 hour power snoozes maybe 2-3 times a day this past week.
I still haven’t started any exercise and it’s been cold as hell here in Winnipeg (that dry cold and -31c temperatures with wind chills in the -40c’s!) I sit at the desk and work on the computer all day. However, if I can keep up 8.5 lbs loss each month x 12 = 102 lbs for the calendar! Is that even possible? That woud be nice.

Reflection
I was actually up moving furniture until 3 am in the morning last night, when we stopped at Tim Hortons for Coffee and a Chicken Fajita (listed on yesterday’s daily meal post). I ended up drinking coffee all morning and just stayed up 24 hours Thursday/Friday - until I remembered to weigh myself for the Friday Weigh-in!
I’ll take the 1.5 lb loss! However, I think it probably should have been a bit more due to the coffee inside me.

Reflection
Despite my chocolate fetish yesterday, and my All-You-Can-Eat Chinese Buffet last Saturday Night .. I am happy with the figures. If I can keep up with NOT splurging every day, and at least keep up watching the portions the rest of the times, I should be good.
I am drinking a lot of water, and getting my oils with the salads. Besides just watching the portions and counting points, part of the Weight Watcher plan is to also include fruits into my diet and I haven’t really had any in 2008. I have to work on this .. instead of Sweet & Salty Almond or Chocolate bars or Thinsations cookie Snacks.

3 lbs every 10 days isn’t too un-hopeful of a figure, but honestly .. I did absolutely no physical activity except sit at my desk and stress at things like wondering how I’m going to pay for all the Xmas Season Spending!~
