  1. Simple Tips to Start Losing Weight
First you need to do is to promote a lifestyle of eating clean, very simple. Clean energy is something you can start right away, you should do some preliminary changes to your diet.

The next step is to start working. There are many different ways of working and needs a variety of exercises and routines to use in their arsenal to train and not get bored and stop working out! You can start with interval training. Interval training is a good way to burn fat and not spend hours in the gym. Just start with 20-30 minutes per day thereafter.

No separate rules, everyone loses fat the same way but the tough part is working hard to get your goals acheived from wherever your starting point is.

@jilljeep It’s hard to say exactly what you need…but I always bump up my intensity when i am not seeing results. Add another day to the week and re-assess. Keeping a log of all your foods, workouts…what changed you do..etc so you can pinpoint what works and what doesn’t work is very effective.

  8. flaviadelmonte says:

@5RR11 Yes! You will see fat loss and muscle building strategies…and keeping the muscle you already have.

  9. can your program work also for women muscle building???
