    It’s not late. Who says we should only tone up during the summer? I wanna look good all year round.

    200 push-up in 10 minutes….. more like tone up in a few hours

    Go to a gym cause 100 crunches and push ups or whatever are not going to tone you up. Ask a proffesssional.
