*Re-Upload* Original Upload Date: April 10, 2010 Something New! I love this “recipe” and thought I’d share it with you all! I’ve been eating this since my high school track days ( cue Twilight Zone…) and thought you’d all like it as well! It’s packed with nutrients and it’s a desert that you will NEVER feel guilty about eating..shoot, eat it twice a day if you want! It’s so thick and creamy that you will probably crave it MORE than ice cream! It’s really simple, but sometimes people don’t think of these simple and easy ways to substitute everyday foods with a more healthy, natural alternative! If you like it, let me know and I will share more tips! Nap ps FAGE is a little on the pricey side for yogurt, but for EXCELLENT reason. You definitely get what you pay for, and can feel good about the choices you’ve made. I’ve included two links below, so get your coupon and give it a try! For a cheaper alternative, try Chobani. They do not treat their cows with growth hormones as well, just beware the yogurt will be sour, lol…FAGE is not sour at all! @UniquelyUndefined If you put frozen ripe bananas through a juicer it comes out JUST like ice cream. SO good 🙂

Chocolate and blueberries sound good…but I’m more likely to use the greek yogurt plain…as a hair conditioner. So I’m gonna try this and if I don’t like it…I know what to use it for instead.

Rode to the grocery store down the street with coupon in hand, picked up the 0% and 2%. Eating my 2% FAGE now with blueberries, strawberries, choc. chips, and sliced almonds. The taste took a second to get used to, especially because my bf is sitting across from me eating a Klondike bar. But it’s good, everyone should try it! And check out their website, they have lots of good looking recipes.

This recipe is even better if you use unsweetened but frozen berries. If you place all of the ingredients in a blender, you’ll hardly notice you’re not eating real ice cream!!!

  17. Politemizrahi85 says:

@aprilrain…there are plenty of whole food stores in NC.
