    Okay so a couple of questions. During arm workouts such as this one I feel the burn during the workout but my arms aren’t left sore after (I’m just beginning). Does that mean I need to up the weight I’m lifting if I’m just starting out and not used to arm work outs. Also, I’m wanting to slim and tone my arms not really enlarge the muscles and look like a body builder (haha), whats the best way to do so?

    omg!!! love to see more of these short standing exercises. i work in the hospital so cant find somewhere for exercises on floor (yuck!) this is easy to sneak in at work ty….any quick standing ab exercises? ?

    This is honestly the best arm workout I’ve found. I’ve been doing it every day for a week and even though I’m feeling the pain, I’m seeing results!
