  1. It takes time atleast a couple of months to get the proper abs and also depends on lot of factors and varies from people to people. People only trust where there is a proof.

  2. Core training exercises don’t have to be done at the gym. Just using your own body-weight is a great place to start with core training, but you can easily find inexpensive equipment to enhance your core workout.

  15. @mathwiz701 no, eating right and cardio burn fat. you can’t target fat in just one area, when you do cardio, it will burn fat everywhere.

    You cant target fat burning. Your body will shed fat as it sees fit and there’s nothing you can do about it (other than surgery).
