  3. I don’t understand why people freak about “plateaus” when it seems they only last 7-10 days based on the comments in this video… I just feel this is borderline “freak control” behavior :/ (why weight everyday to start with?)
    I just like the ideas of varying the things in workout and foods and will keep this one tip in mind, no matter the weight loss in mind… if one keeps eating the same food and doing the same exercises, it’s just normal to see no change at some point.

    Some people say that if you are trying to lose weight you should stick to a 1200 calorie diet. Others say that you can only do that for 2-3 days to jump start weight loss other wise you head into starvation mode. What’s the real answer here? What’s your opinion?
