    I know! Camera man is awesome! we have been only able to see hes shadow but now we can actually see him like for 4 seconds and it makes it looks like one of those fitness programs you buy online.

  17. That’s a contradiction. You’re supposed to do 6 rounds of these exercises. Just because you can do a round once doesn’t mean it’s easy. If you have proper form, these workouts really make you sweat/ burn. The faster you do these, the more energy you burn. But you can’t “sort of” do them.
